1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Loot (goloot.app), a creator platform operated by Nozomio Labs (“Loot,” “we,” “us”) that connects creators with brands (“Advertisers”) for paid short-form content. By creating an account or using Loot you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must own, or be a collaborator on, every social account you link, and every post you submit must be published by a linked account.
Payouts depend on payout-provider support in your country. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

3. Two kinds of quests

Organic quests. You publish a video on your own linked TikTok or Instagram account following a brief and submit the link. Compensation is based on the post’s public view count during the tracking window (typically 7 days after approval).

Ads Lab quests. You upload a finished video asset that the Advertiser may run as a paid advertisement. You do not need to publish it yourself. Compensation is a fixed base amount plus bonuses that unlock as the Advertiser’s spend on that asset crosses stated thresholds. Access to Ads Lab requires an approved application.

4. Verification and rates

Each linked account carries a verification status that we determine automatically from public data: an account is verified when its recent videos, or any post submitted to Loot, clear 1,000 views with genuine engagement. Verified accounts earn the full rate shown on a quest (base pay plus per-1,000-view pay). Unverified accounts earn per-1,000-view pay above a 1,000-view floor and no base pay. Rates are locked to a submission at the moment you start it. Verification can be revoked if an account’s subsequent posts consistently fail to reach an audience; it is restored automatically when a post clears 1,000 views again.

5. Submissions

Content must follow the quest brief and the Advertiser’s rules, and must not infringe anyone’s rights, be misleading, or violate the platform’s terms where it is posted.
Submissions may be approved, sent back for changes, or rejected at our or the Advertiser’s discretion. Rejected submissions earn nothing.
Keep organic posts live and public for the full tracking window. Making the post private or deleting it pauses or forfeits earnings.
You may withdraw a submission before it is approved. After approval you are committed to keep it live for the window.

6. Compensation

Base pay is credited when a submission is approved (verified accounts and Ads Lab assets).
Per-view pay is credited in 1,000-view steps, measured from the submitted post with the highest view count, up to the quest’s maximum.
Spend bonuses are credited when the Advertiser’s recorded spend on your asset crosses each threshold.
Earnings are held for 7 days, then become available. You can cash out any available balance of $25 or more. Payouts are processed through our payout provider and are subject to its identity checks.
We may withhold, reverse, or decline payment for content that violates these Terms, for inflated or fraudulent engagement, or for submissions later found not to belong to you. Amounts already paid for a post that is later demonetized are not clawed back unless obtained by fraud.

7. Prohibited

Buying views, likes, comments or followers; using bots, view farms, or engagement groups.
Submitting posts from accounts you don’t control, or the same post to more than one quest or account.
Operating multiple Loot accounts or misrepresenting your identity.
Circumventing tracking, verification, or payout systems.
Content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or makes claims about a product that the Advertiser has not approved.

8. Content rights

You keep ownership of what you make. By submitting content you grant Loot and the applicable Advertiser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display and distribute it to operate the platform, evaluate and promote the quest, and. For approved content, in the Advertiser’s own channels and paid advertising. You confirm you have the rights (including music, likeness and footage) needed to grant this license.

9. Advertisers

Advertisers fund quests in advance, define briefs and rules, and review submissions. Approval triggers the tracking window and any base pay. An Advertiser may pause or end a quest; pending submissions are then cancelled and approved ones finalized on performance to date.

10. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Earnings from approved, finalized submissions are still paid unless they were obtained in breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Loot is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any level of views, approvals, or earnings. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts we paid you in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app; continued use after a change means you accept it.
